Golden boy was the series of video games made by SEGA and Westone.

Virtually all of a games that were under the Question Son title around North America and Europe were part of the Monster Globe series within Japan. 3 of the sextet Wonderboy/Monster World games belong in two series. There are 5 Wonderboy games and quaternary Monster World games.

Adventure Island (Called Takahashi Meijwithin there are no Bouken Jima in Japan)--Hudson Soft ported the original Golden boy to the NES by owning freshly music, recently (less colorful) bosses, & the newly hero: Master Higgins/Takahashi Meijin, who was according to an actual videos game fan. Hudsin went on to produce Adventure Island sequels, however none of the two come related to the Wonderboy/Monster Globe series (although Super Adventure Island II and Adventure Island 4 own gameplay similar to the Monster Globe series)

Mônica

Mônica's Background
A number 1 3 Monster World games were published in Brazil by Tec Toy, Sega's official Brazilian distributor. A games were translated into Portuguese and a characters were replaced by using characters from either the Brazilian comedian book, Turma district attorney Mônica (Monica's Gang). More cartoon characters were superimposed on the Brazilian releases of Teddy Boy, Ghost House, Astro Warrior, Psycho Fox, and Kung Fu Kid. (A latter triad forming a Sapo Xule series)
